TEACHING
The information given on this page attests to my ability to be an autonomous teacher in a variety of mathematical subjects.
I make every effort to produce helpful and widely accessible lectures and documents for my courses. Each of the artifacts below is from my Differential Equations course from Spring 2021. The qualitative and quantitative feedback presented is from a Calculus II recitation course I taught and is representative of my overall feedback as an instructor.
These evaluations highlight my ability to effectively teach mathematical concepts and my willingness to go the extra mile for my students.

"Elisabeth is the only reason
I [got...] through this course.
If she had not been my TA,
I would have had a much harder time understanding what was going on in the course. She often showed us ways that
would make the math easier
to understand and do in our recitation time."
"There were
no weaknesses,
only strengths."

"Ms. Congdon was so kind and she was sarcastic in good ways and she was a wonderful instructor. It was easy to connect with her in lessons and she never taught us something if she did not quite understand it, she would always go through and make sure she could help us understand it. 11/10."
"Good!"
"Great!"
"Perfect!"

"Elisabeth was always willing to help me understand problems after recitation, during her office hours, and she responded promptly with help to emailed questions."
